Frequently Asked Questions

How can I book an appointment?

All bookings are online- just hit the link on our homepage. It’s not complicated. Got questions? Text us!

What kind of wax do you use?

Hard wax. Vegan. It hurts less and lasts longer. Chosen because its the best for Denver skin.- tough enough for the job, gentle enough to survive the altitude.

How can I prepare for a wax?

Exfoliate, hydrate, and maybe pop a couple ibuprofen. Feeling nervous? Hit up our lobby bar- adult beverages always welcome. Skip the caffeine, and don’t wax hungover. Trust us, your skin ( and mood) will thank you.

How long does the hair need to be?

At least as long as a grain of rice. Too long? Better than too short. Please don’t trim- this is our jungle, not your trimming tutorial.

Can I get Brazilian wax on my period?

Yep. You’ll be a bit more sensitive, but it doesn’t stop us from doing our thing. Just wear a tampon or cup- were professionals, not miracle workers.

Will my skincare affect my wax?

Some do. If you’re on Accutane, we cant wax you ( face or body) for 6 months. Using strong skincare like retinoids, AHA’s, BHA’s or certain antibiotics? Pause them at least a week before facial waxing or laminations.
What if I don’t fit the usual gender boxes?

Everyones welcome here. Book by what you’ve got, not the box you check. Our services are listed by genitals. Prices don’t change. Simple as that!

Can I still wax while pregnant?

Yep! Baby bump wont stop us.

Do bigger bodies cost more?

Nope! Our tables and team are built for every height and every weight- we got this.

What’s wax aftercare like?

For the first day or two, give your skin a break: no sex, no gym, no hot tubs, no sunburns. Basically, treat your freshly waxed bits like fragile royalty.

How often should I come in?

Hair keeps coming. Every 3-6 weeks is typical. Show up, get waxed, repeat.
